RETURN POLICY

JRM Builder is committed to delivering high-quality construction services, materials, and related products in accordance with professional standards and client expectations. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and service-related concerns. By engaging JRM Builder for services or purchasing any physical products, the client agrees to the terms described in this policy.

Return or refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product delivery or service completion, unless otherwise stated in a written contract, proposal, or agreement. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration. This policy applies primarily to physical products supplied by JRM Builder and does not automatically extend to completed services.

To be eligible for a product return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including original packaging, documentation, and any accompanying components. Products that have been installed, altered, cut, customized, or used in any capacity are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling may be rejected following inspection. These requirements are in place to maintain quality standards, job-site safety, and operational integrity.

For service-based work, including construction, renovation, or installation services, returns are not applicable once services have been performed. However, JRM Builder values client satisfaction and professionalism. If a client believes that services were not delivered according to the agreed scope, specifications, or industry standards, the client must notify JRM Builder promptly. Such concerns will be reviewed in good faith, and reasonable corrective action may be considered where appropriate. Corrective action, if any, will be determined based on contract terms, project scope, and the nature of the concern.

To initiate a return request or service review, clients must contact JRM Builder and provide relevant information, including invoice number, project reference, order details, and a clear explanation of the issue. If a product return is approved, the client will receive instructions regarding return shipment. Approved returns must be delivered or shipped to the following address:

Clients are responsible for return shipping or delivery costs unless the return is due to an error, defect, or issue directly attributable to JRM Builder. Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. JRM Builder is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging or handling during return shipment.

Upon receipt, all returned products will be inspected to confirm eligibility. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method. Refund processing times typically range from five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Shipping fees, handling fees, and labor costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

JRM Builder reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or adjustment request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. All determinations are made fairly, consistently, and in accordance with contractual obligations. This Return Policy is intended to protect both the client and JRM Builder while ensuring transparency and professional accountability.
