JRM Builder is committed to ensuring that all approved physical products and materials are delivered in a timely and professional manner. This Shipping Policy outlines order processing, delivery timelines, responsibilities, and procedures related to the shipment of physical goods.
All product orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier schedules, and operational requirements. Once an order has been shipped, confirmation and tracking information may be provided when available.
JRM Builder currently ships physical products within the United States unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines may vary based on destination, product type, and logistical considerations. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference purposes only and are not guaranteed. JRM Builder is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or specified in the invoice, estimate, or contract. Clients are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges unless otherwise stated in writing. Requests for expedited shipping may incur additional charges and must be approved in advance.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. JRM Builder is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the client. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and handling rests with the carrier. JRM Builder is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier confirms receipt. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in communicating with carriers and submitting claims when appropriate.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, clients must notify JRM Builder within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Notifications should include clear photographs of the packaging and items received, along with relevant order details. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue. Upon verification, JRM Builder will determine the appropriate corrective action, which may include replacement, reshipment, or other reasonable resolution.
JRM Builder is not responsible for damage or loss occurring after delivery, including improper storage, mishandling, or failure to follow provided instructions. Clients are encouraged to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
This Shipping Policy establishes clear expectations and responsibilities for both parties. By placing an order or accepting delivery, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
